- To be accountable for the production and validation of all business information for the company in a timely manner. To use best practice in stores and channels to deliver a high performing business, this includes structure, headcount, systems, processes and benchmarking.
- To produce accurate KPI and Management dashboard reports that satisfy the needs of the business owners. Responsible for the compilation, summarizing and communicating the KPI’s to ensure that they are agreed, communicated and clearly understood by everyone.
