Company Description
The Business Analytics Specialist will support the Associate Director Operational Excellence in strengthening data-driven decision-making, business planning and operational effectiveness across Sobi Iberia. This position focuses on transforming data, processes and technology into actionable insights and practical solutions that help internal stakeholders make better decisions, optimize commercial and medical effectiveness, and improve operational efficiency. The role will provide cross‑functional support across key Operational Excellence areas, including business analytics, CRM, market research, forecasting support, Sales Force Effectiveness, segmentation and targeting, objectives and incentives, process improvement and business projects.
