Job Summary
The Business Architecture & Programme Lead is responsible for shaping and delivering the future‑state Operations architecture across LBUs, while driving large‑scale transformation through strong programme management, change leadership, and execution of the Ops AI strategy. This role partners closely with Group, GTO and LBU teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment from strategy to delivery, with clear benefits realisation and sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Architecture
Map and define the future‑state business architecture for Operations value streams across LBUs.
Design the end‑state operating model for LBUs, ensuring clarity on value streams, capabilities, and hand‑offs.
Partner with stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business strategy, transformation priorities, and ways of working.
