About the role

Responsible for leading the business transformation workstream within an assigned project plan. Responsible for defining the approach and deliverables in line with the project aims. These deliverables should be aligned with timeframes, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risk performance goals as defined by the Portfolio Team. At any given time the Business Change Manager may be assigned to multiple projects. 
What you'll be doing
Creation of business transformation plan and associated communication and engagement activities for the assigned projects using creative engagement techniques 
Managing stakeholders within the project to achieve the deliverables of the .deliverables of each project within the portfolio 
Ensure that tasks are delivered to the assigned timeframes, thinking creatively to get the task done when there are conflicting priorities.
