Key Duties and Responsibilities
Primary:
5+ years of experience. Lead and facilitate workshops to gather, validate and refine business and functional requirements
Foster strong relationship with client stakeholders by understanding their pain points and business needs
Drive clarity in complex problem spaces and navigate ambiguity to guide stakeholders towards actionable problem statements
Actively manage customer engagement and expectations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment on scope, priorities and deliverables
Translates business requirements to technical requirements while balancing them between what’s technically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable
