Opportunity

This role focuses on delivering responsive, templated service to a large portfolio of low‑touch recruitment partners. It balances automation and care to ensure long‑tail partners receive adequate guidance, servicing existing accounts through inbound calls and inquiries via a central queue system. The Business Development Associate is responsible for maintaining partner satisfaction and resolving issues that arise through a central ticketing system.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

• Quality Assurance: Handle inbound calls and inquiries to guide recruitment partners in improving the quality and volume of international applicants.
• Customer Service: Address partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly by providing product and service information.
