Prepare yearly location sourcing calendars in alignment with the leadership team.
Source high‑quality restaurant locations across high streets, malls, food courts, neighbourhood delcos, cloud kitchens, and non‑traditional formats.
Lead all landlord negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with all statutory requirements.
Work with Projects and Operations teams to ensure timely location delivery and landlord deliverables.
