Business Development Intern (Cybersecurity & Data Staffing) | 3-4 month contract

Intercast is hiring a driven, outgoing individual to support our business development efforts. We work with enterprise clients across Canada and the U.S., specializing in recruitment & staffing services within cybersecurity, data, and AI.

This role is focused on learning our market, building target account lists, and proactively reaching out to potential clients . You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to B2B sales, market mapping, and outbound strategy in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Build lists of prospective clients and hiring teams
• Research target markets across cybersecurity, data, and AI
• Execute outbound outreach (email + LinkedIn)
