Own our client's business development pipeline end-to-end, from identifying new revenue opportunities to closing institutional partnerships. This role is the commercial engine for hospital contracts, corporate training deals, international expansion leads, and strategic sponsorships that feed directly into the companys EGP 12.3M commercial target. The BD Lead operates as the first closer in our clients commercial function, working directly with the CEO on high-value deals while building the systems and pipeline that will scale under a future Commercial Director. Core Responsibilities 1.
