Job Responsibilities

1.Develop the energy storage market in Brazil and surrounding Dominican Republic, Colombia, Centro America market etc., acquire customers via local channels, formulate customized solutions, and achieve sales targets.

2.Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and contract signing; coordinate order production, logistics, and local customs clearance to ensure delivery.

3.Maintain local customer relationships including distributors, project owners, installers, and grid operators. Collect product and service feedback, coordinate technical support, and promote in-depth cooperation.

4.Monitor foreign trade policies, industry regulations, and market risks; provide local market analysis reports.

5.Collaborate with China teams to sync order progress, payment status, and customer needs; assist in handling after-sales issues.
