+ Develop and execute sales strategies for fasteners in the targeted industrial segments.
+ Identify and engage with key OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and large end-users.
+ Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
+ Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
