This pivotal role involves developing and driving comprehensive licensing strategies, identifying and engaging potential licensees, and negotiating agreements that enhance the value of our IP assets. You will be fully responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing high-impact out-licensing deals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of life sciences technologies, a proven track record in IP management and business development, a strong strategic mentality, and a determined, collaborative attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
