WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

Sales & Growth

  • Drive new client acquisition within Tier-1 and Tier-2 Banking, Financial Services & Insurance clients in Spain.
  • Build and manage CXO-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CDO, Head of Digital, etc.)
  • Close large, multi-year digital transformation deals across areas such as cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and core modernization.
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles - from pipeline creation to deal closure and expansion.

Client & Industry Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor, positioning technology-led transformation aligned with client priorities.
  • Leverage existing BFSI network to open doors and create momentum quickly.
  • Position the organization as a long-term innovation partner rather than a vendor.
