Location: Markham, ON.  
Compensation: $150,000-$200,000 (based on experience).  
The Opportunity  On behalf of our client, an established Civil Contracting company, TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is searching for a Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying, developing and securing project opportunities into awarded contracts. 
Responsibilities  Marketing and Opportunity Management  
Identify and develop opportunities for Design-Build and P3 projects to drive strategic growth. 
Oversee pipeline tracking across public and private sectors to ensure early positioning with key owners, designers and partners. 
Make recommendations regarding the pursuit of projects based on company strategy, risk profile and financial objectives.
