Job Description

The role of a Business Development Manager is centered around strategic planning, relationship building, and driving business growth. Business Development Manager will report into Plant Growth Manager.

Primary tasks of this role

• Conduct comprehensive market research, identify and assess potential market opportunities, formulate and execute effective market entry strategies specially for the new market
• Support Growth manager to establish and execute the growth strategy
• Identify high-quality sales leads, convert mature business opportunities, and transfer them to the sales team for follow-up
• Track industry trends and competitor activities
• Adjust strategies based on market dynamics and organizational objectives
• Provide input to product teams based on customer feedback and market demands
• Create go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans
