Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Rawalpindi. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in outbound campaign services, including final expense and emerging offerings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Propose tailored solutions that align with the company’s capabilities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Prepare proposals, lead client presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate closely with operations and campaign teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve results.
• Conduct market research, perform sales forecasting, maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
