The Role

This role focuses on selling remote in-property monitoring solutions that help landlords take a proactive approach to managing their buildings. The technology uses sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, and heating system performance, enabling identification of issues such as damp and mould, improved efficiency, and reduced avoidable costs. You will sell these solutions to housing providers and public-sector organisations across the North West, taking responsibility for developing new business and managing the full sales process from initial engagement through to close and follow-up.
