In this role, you'll lead the full sales cycle from generating leads to closing international deals while collaborating directly with our leadership team to shape the company's global growth strategy.
What You'll Do
- Generate and convert leads through LinkedIn, email, and referrals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from start to finish
- Conduct virtual client meetings and deliver tailored HR solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close partnerships across the GCC
- Report key sales metrics and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
