Business Development Manager（LATAM）

1.Company Overview

1）We are a fast-growing molecular diagnostics company headquartered in Shanghai, with international presence in the US, Japan, and Singapore. We are looking for an experienced BD Manager based in Dubai to lead business development, distributor partnerships, and commercial expansion across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and selected Middle East markets.

2）Ideal candidates should have experience in IVD, molecular diagnostics, PCR, laboratory diagnostics, distributor management, tender support, and GCC healthcare channels. Existing relationships with diagnostic distributors, hospitals, reference laboratories, healthcare groups, or KOLs will be highly valued.

2.Location: Dubai preferred

3.Languages: English required; Arabic is a plus

4.Experience: 5–12 years in IVD / diagnostics / medical devices
