Qualifications
- Strong background in insurance / loss adjusting / claims with 5-10 years relevant industry experience
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers and corporates
- Good understanding of claims processes, policy wordings, exclusions and adjuster services
- Responsible for business generation, client retention and market expansion
- Skilled in commercial negotiations, proposals, presentations and fee structures
- Ability to translate technical loss adjusting expertise into commercial value for clients
- Excellent communication skills, professional credibility and knowledge of local (UAE/GCC) insurance market
Education and experience requirements
