The TikTok LIVE team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Intern to support the team. This is a fixed‑term opportunity (approximately 6 months) that will support the growth of TikTok LIVE agencies in Spain.
What You Will Be Doing
Support the business development team in agency recruitment, including lead generation initiatives, organizing open‑day events, and supporting agency onboarding through SOPs and contract support.
Support rookie agencies in their growth by guiding them across operational topics and training them on policies, education, and growth tools available.
Provide strategic guidance to agencies regarding the variety and quality of content verticals.
