Role Summary
We are seeking a highly driven, execution-focused Business Development Representative (SDR / Virtual Assistant) to serve as the foundational outbound engine for an established appraisal company executing a major nationwide expansion.
There is currently no legacy SDR function in place; you will be the first hire tasked with building our nationwide prospecting database from scratch. This role is built for a resilient, highly motivated individual contributor who can execute high-volume cold-calling campaigns, build lists using modern B2B data tools, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
