Who We're Looking For
- Spanish-speaking is required; trilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is preferred. English fluency is a hard requirement.
- Someone who's genuinely comfortable picking up the phone… a lot. This is a high-volume outbound role and the phone is your primary tool.
- A genuine curiosity about how things get built and maintained. You don't need a manufacturing background but you should want to learn what keeps a factory or facility running and why that matters.
