The BDR at GoldStar by Solera is responsible for driving top‑of‑funnel growth by engaging U.S.‑based dealership customers and creating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Solera Lead & Opportunity Management process for building the sales pipeline.
  • Prospect and engage net‑new dealer accounts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Execute high‑volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, sequences) to build pipeline.
  • Identify key decision‑makers and qualify new logo opportunities.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover needs and position GoldStar’s value.
  • Create and convert Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) for the sales team.
  • Consistently meet or exceed pipeline and activity targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage pipeline progression.
