Business Development Representative - EMEA
We’re looking for an energetic, curious, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing global team. As part of the Business Development function, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving net new pipeline growth across EMEA through a mix of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Qualification
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach (email, phone, social, events) across key EMEA markets.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high‑quality engagement.
- Research and identify target accounts, buyer personas, and relevant stakeholders to tailor messaging and outreach.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover pain points, assess fit, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
