Role Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) – Forma plays an important role in building and qualifying pipeline while supporting prospects through the early stages of the sales journey. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams, this role helps deliver a seamless customer experience by supporting lead qualification, pricing, contracts, quotations, and order processes.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, collaborating across teams, and helping customers find the right solutions.

To maximise collaboration you will need to work 3 days per week in the Barcelona office, you will report to the Sr Manager, Emerging Solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or a related role.
