Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified appointments that turn into sales opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Work closely with Account Executives on prospecting strategies and build strong BDRxAE teams.
  • Conduct phone prospecting to secure as many qualified meetings as possible.
  • Complement phone outreach with multi‑channel campaigns (email and LinkedIn) to optimize the lead generation process.
  • Conduct qualification meetings or end‑to‑end sales cycles in the Mid‑Market/Enterprise segment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations (junior profiles with strong commercial acumen are welcome).
  • Native Spanish and fluent English.
  • 3–5 years of higher education in business, marketing, management, or communications (preferred).
  • 1 year of BDR SaaS software experience.
