Role Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is the engine behind pipeline generation. This role combines strategic outbound prospecting with referral and reseller partner management to create a consistent, high-quality flow of booked meetings on the BDM’s calendar. The BDR owns the entire top-of-funnel: from identifying prospects and executing cold outreach, to building and nurturing partner relationships that generate organic referrals. Success in this role means the BDM never has an empty calendar and the pipeline is always full of qualified opportunities.
