About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Brazil Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities, engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This position requires high activity and persistence— qualifying, following up, and converting inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities while also proactively generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting. You should be confident picking up the phone to connect with new prospects and skilled at developing these conversations into qualified leads and successful outcomes. We work in a Hybrid Model – 1-2 days per week at the Office.
