In this role, you'll be...
- Customer Development - Focus on Brazil's local catering formats (fine dining, fast food, coffee, baking, etc.). Explore potential customer resources through diversified methods such as market research, personal referrals, cold calls and visits, industry exhibitions and channel cooperation, and establish and improve a complete customer information database.
- Sales Conversion - Communicate in depth with customers to accurately identify their needs in core scenarios including food delivery order management, in-store cash register management, member marketing, supply chain collaboration, rider order management and data reports. Combine the advantages of the company's SaaS products and be fully responsible for product demonstration, business negotiation and contract finalization throughout the process.
