Altha Consulting is looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive our growth across Indonesia's SOEs and government institutions. This role goes beyond managing tenders, you will represent Altha in front of potential clients and introduce our services across Strategy, Risk, Digital, and People & Change.
What you'll do:
- Represent Altha in client meetings, introducing our firm, services, and track record with confidence
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across SOEs and government institutions
- Lead the end-to-end tender cycle: opportunity sourcing, go/no-go assessment, aanwijzing, proposal preparation (CVs, credentials, BoQ), beauty contest, negotiation, and contract
- Translate client needs into engagement opportunities together with our service line teams
- Supervise the BD admin team and report pipeline performance to management
