Job Responsibilities:
- Support management during business meetings with partners, primarily from China, by acting as a MandarināIndonesia/English interpreter (spoken & written).
- Plan, arrange, and accompany domestic & international business trips, including accommodation, transportation, visa arrangements, and travel itineraries.
- Serve as the main liaison between the Vice President and Chinese business partners, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up after meetings.
- Manage schedules, prepare meeting minutes, presentations, reports, and other business-related documents.
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating projects involving Chinese partners from initiation to completion.
