Business development trainee-entry-level

Mixue is looking for a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Development Administrative Trainee to support the Head of Business Development in Mexico.

About the Role

This is a short-term internship of 3 to 6 months, it's designed for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn in a high-growth, fast-moving environment and gain direct exposure to business development, market expansion, franchise operations, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

Support key administrative and coordination efforts behind the growth of the business, including meeting follow-up, pipeline tracking, internal coordination, reporting, and executive support. Have visibility into how franchise opportunities are evaluated and may participate in communications with potential franchisees, offering valuable exposure to real commercial conversations from an early stage in your career.
