Own China Orthodontics business strategy and P&L delivery, aligning with global priorities and driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth
Lead integrated commercial strategy (Sales, Marketing, Channel) to expand footprint across public hospitals and private clinics
Navigate policy and market dynamics, including VBP, while continuously refining business models, portfolio strategy, and innovation (e.g., digital dentistry)
