Responsibilities- Act as a change agent to drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives per the GBE A3 framework.
- Apply and promote Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the organization.
- Eliminate waste and reduce process variation to achieve sustainable results.
- Use Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques to initiate process improvements, cycle‑time reductions, and cost savings.
- Create and validate standard work processes and best‑practice BPs.
- Identify and drive Yokoten‑based Kaizen projects within agreed timelines.
- Conduct Industrial Engineering lean and Six Sigma training and accelerate a Lean culture through facilitation of Lean deployments.
