We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Excellence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process standardization, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage process standardization projects to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
+ Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational performance.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes.
+ Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects and initiatives.
+ Provide training and support to team members on process improvement techniques and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
+ College degree, preferably with a major or minor in Engineering.
+ Green Belt certification or training in Lean Six Sigma.
