Location: Delhi NCR Region  
Experience: 10–15+ years (Exhibitions / B2 B Events)  
We're looking for a senior leader to head our Exhibition Business, with full ownership of P& L, revenue growth, and strategy across our portfolio.  
Key Responsibilities  
Lead and scale the exhibition business with end-to-end P& L ownership  
Drive revenue through exhibitor sales and partnerships  
Set business strategy for existing and new exhibitions  
Build and lead high-performing sales and operations teams  
Identify new markets and expansion opportunities  
Manage key exhibitor and industry relationships  
Ideal Profile  
Strong experience in exhibitions / trade shows / B2 B events  
Proven ability to grow revenue and manage large teams  
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
