Designation: Head – Business Expansion

Reporting To: Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth across assigned regions, products, and channels
• Own disbursement, portfolio quality, collection efficiency, and profitability targets
• Manage and strengthen branch and field operations
• Lead sales planning, market expansion, and distribution development
• Ensure achievement of business KPIs through effective team management and execution
• Monitor portfolio health, delinquency trends, and productivity metrics
• Support the CBO in achieving organisational business objectives

Ideal Profile:

• Extensive experience in NBFC/banking retail lending
