Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst II to join our Central Business Insights team. This individual will be responsible for developing and presenting actionable business intelligence insights using Power BI/SQL and other reporting tools. The role requires expertise in data analysis and a solid understanding of business needs and processes. You will collaborate with senior business leaders to ensure that insights are delivered in a clear and actionable manner, helping the business achieve its strategic goals.

Qualifications Matric Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (NQF7) preferred. At least 2 years' experience in a Management Information (MI), Business Intelligence (BI), or Data Analyst role. Proven experience in designing and developing BI reports, particularly for senior business stakeholders. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
