Business Intelligence Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Reporting

- Develop, maintain, and automate regional MIS dashboards and performance reports.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to regional and central leadership.

- Analyze key business metric and provide insights to support decision-making.

- Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasts for operational KPIs.

2. Data Management & Analytics

- Design and implement efficient data collection systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sources.

- Work closely with IT and business teams to improve data quality, structure, and accessibility.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance gaps, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

- Support regional projects with data-backed recommendations and business cases. 3. Process Improvement
