Job Description
Generating and sending daily sales reports to sales leaders.
Continuously updating historical sales databases and dashboards.
Tracking orders, sales trends, and performance by channel/territory.
Analyzing data to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Preparation, review, and delivery of the monthly calculation of commercial commissions.
Daily generation of sales reports for internal distribution.
Weekly preparation of commercial reports for key customers.
Maintenance and updating of sales reports and historical databases.
Creation of dashboards and visualizations for internal departments.
Monitoring and analysis of open orders, fulfillment, and fill rate performance.
Detection of sales deviations and improvement opportunities.
Commercial data analysis using BI tools and advanced Excel.
Coordination with internal departments to ensure data integrity and availability.
