Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Business Intelligence & Strategy Analyst to support data-led decision-making across our iGaming operations. This role goes beyond reporting. The successful candidate will analyze player behavior, movement, and betting activity, and convert insights into strategic initiatives that increase player conversion, engagement, retention, and overall profitability.
The position plays a key role in optimizing acquisition funnels, product performance, promotions, CRM initiatives, and betting activity growth.
Key Responsibilities
Player Behavior and Movement Analysis
- Analyze the full player lifecycle
- Monitor and evaluate login players versus betting players on a daily basis.
- Identify funnel drop-offs and recommend corrective strategies to improve conversion.
- Analyze player movement across verticals (casino, sportsbook, specialty games).
