Lead Safety, People & Sustainability

Champion a zero‑accident safety culture, embedding proactive safety behaviors across the organization.

Act as a visible role model for Epiroc’s values, ethics, and Code of Conduct.

Support sustainability ambitions, including CO₂e reduction, inclusion, and diversity.

Build an engaged, motivated, and diverse team, contributing to Epiroc’s long‑term talent pipeline.

Drive Business Growth & Financial Performance
