About the job Business Operations Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and process offer restructures, settlement requests and rebates
- Efficiently resolve customer offer queries
- Monitor and ensure system hygiene
- Investigate system issues and track until resolution
- Support Partner Qlikview reporting
- Liaise closely with Partner Operations teams
- Work closely with test team to test and approve new functionality before production
Requirements:
- IT Diploma preferable or qualification in Operations or Technology
- 3+ years in Business Operations
- Data Analytics using Power BI or MSExcel
- Foundation technical skills (Ability to understand a system and database)
- Ability to manage high‑paced and agile environment
