We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and highly driven individual to work directly with the Founder- someone who loves building trackers, writing clean SOPs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do: Prepare daily/weekly reports, dashboards, and trackers for business decisions Build and maintain SOPs and process documentation Identify and automate repetitive tasks across teams Coordinate between teams to ensure projects are completed on time Do research and pull insights to support decisions Own tasks end-to-end — follow through until done Who We're Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Analytics, Business, Consulting, Project Management, or similar roles Strong Excel / Google...
