Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) is seeking an experienced **Business Operations Specialist** to support Boeing China Co., Ltd. (BCCL) in Beijing. This role offers significant exposure to Boeing’s global matrix organization and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across Asia and other regions.
The specialist will be responsible for office operations, safety and compliance, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and general affairs while maintaining regular visibility with BCCL leaders and business partners.

+ Manage day-to-day workplace operations as assigned, including overseeing and assisting in front of house as required.
