Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a key role in delivering full‑cycle recruitment support focused on attracting top talent within Aecon’s Nuclear division.
What You’ll Do Here
- Conduct full‑cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, telephone screens, interviewing, reference checks, and extending job offers.
