Business planning manager (Monterrey)

At Arcelor Mittal's Integral Strategy Area, we're looking for a Strategy & Planning, based at our Monterrey's office to support the strategy team of Arcelor Mittal Mexico, USA and Canada. The strategy & planning manager will be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. You should be familiar with business operations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

• Carry out research, analysis and monitoring of the market, which reveals important data for the company to establish objectives and strategies.
• Provide national and regional monitoring of key companies in the steel industry.
