JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct process walkthroughs with process owners to identify improvement opportunities
- Walkthroughs cover data gathering and analysis, benchmarking, coordinating with stakeholders, and designing process information through proper documentations
- Identify, impact assess, and align process changes with stakeholders, securing proper sign offs
- Develop, facilitate, and participate where appropriate in business process testing prior to roll-out
- Drive the delivery of process changes ,which includes the following: training and rollout, monitoring of compliance, and evaluating performance results
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
- At least 1 year of related experience
