S.i. Systems public sector client is looking for aBusiness Process Analyst to support ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, etc.) .This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise, including configuration and developer support when needed, to drive innovation and maintain platform integrity. A core aspect of this role is the ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate, and manage incoming requests across multiple stakeholders and initiatives. - RITM
1 year contract to start. Hybrid model in Richmond (3 days/ week onsite)
Must Haves:
5+ years industry experience as a Business Analyst
5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, etc.) 
Technical Skills: 
Expert knowledge of ITSM practices
